The new cost-efficient solution in preventing respiratory tract infections in healthcare facilities
The ShareGuard99® is an innovative medical device for respiratory tract infectious patient isolation. It is designed to capture infectious respiratory particles at the source within healthcare facilities, preventing them from entering the room air by reducing the spread of infectious particles and droplets caused by the patient and treatment measures (e.g., suction of mucus, non-invasive ventilation, etc.). It is fully compatible with other care equipment, such as oxygen therapy and patient monitoring devices.

Infectious particles can stay in the room air for several hours
Infectious viruses are enriched in small particles, where they can stay in the room air for hours and travel several meters. These particles are able to travel furthest into the airways, causing infection.
The majority of exhailed particles are small respiratory particles
A significant majority of particles generated by respiratory activities (such as breathing, speaking and coughing) are small respiratory particles. For instance, speaking can produces as much as 1000 times more small respiratory particles than larger ones.¹

The highest level of control over a hazard is achieved by entirely eliminating the hazard. The ShareGuard99® does this by both isolating the source (the patient) and actively removing the infectious particles and preventing them from accessing the room air.

The ShareGuard99® air purifier and isolation system is proven to prevent > 99%² of exhaled respiratory particles from entering the room air, equivalent to FFP3.
